Website terms of use
Last updated 9 October 2026 · Version 2026-10
These terms apply to everyone who visits or uses dropdash.co.uk and the DropDash platform. Please read them before using the site.
1. Who we are
This site is operated by DROP DASH UK LTD, a company registered in England and Wales with company number 14749884, whose registered office is at 10 Cranford Gardens, Royston, Barnsley, England, S71 4SP. Contact us at office@dropdash.co.uk.
2. Other terms that may apply
If you register as a driver, our driver terms also apply. If you use DropDash for a business, our client terms apply. Our privacy notice and cookie policy explain how we use personal data. If these terms conflict with the driver or client terms, those terms take priority.
3. Accounts
- You must be at least 18 to create an account.
- Information you give us must be true, accurate and your own. Uploading someone else’s documents, or false documents, is prohibited and may be reported to the authorities.
- Keep your password secure and don’t share your account. You are responsible for activity under it.
- We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms or that we reasonably suspect of fraud.
4. Acceptable use
You must not:
- use the site for anything unlawful, fraudulent or harmful;
- try to gain unauthorised access to the site, other accounts or our systems, or interfere with their operation;
- scrape, copy or harvest data from the site, including driver or job information, by automated means;
- upload viruses or other malicious code;
- upload photos or content that are offensive, infringe others’ rights, or show people who have not agreed to be photographed;
- use the site to harass, abuse or discriminate against anyone.
If you find a security vulnerability, please tell us at office@dropdash.co.uk and give us a reasonable chance to fix it before disclosing it.
5. Content and intellectual property
We own or license the content, design, software and the DropDash name and logo on this site. You may view and print pages for your own use, but you may not copy, adapt or republish them for commercial purposes without our permission. You keep ownership of content you upload, and give us a licence to use it to provide our services.
6. Third-party names
DropDash is an independent company. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by or acting on behalf of any of the carriers or networks named on this site. Their names are trademarks of their respective owners and are used only to describe the kinds of delivery work our drivers carry out.
7. Availability and changes
We aim to keep the site available but don’t guarantee it will always be uninterrupted or error-free. We may change, suspend or withdraw parts of the site, and update these terms by publishing a new version here. Information on public pages — including example rates — is for general guidance and is not an offer of work.
8. Our liability
Nothing in these terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or anything else that cannot be excluded by law. If you are a consumer, you have legal rights that these terms do not affect. Subject to that, we are not liable for losses that were not foreseeable, or for business losses arising from your use of the public website.
9. Links
We link to official sources such as GOV.UK to help you. We are not responsible for the content of other websites. You may link to our homepage in a fair and lawful way that doesn’t suggest any endorsement we haven’t given.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. If you are a consumer living in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you may also bring proceedings in your local courts.
